The staff are outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly. It is in the center of the city. Plus, this hotel is right by the restaurants nearby as well as Kayseri airport.

I stayed at Takkaya Guesthouse in Goreme from the 21/06/11 to 23/07 with my 10yrs old daughter and owner Mr Mustafa was fabulous. He knew we were coming on the early bus from Ankara but not the exact tome so he waited 1 1/2hrs at the bus station just to pick us up. On the 2rd day he realized my daughter wasnt eating her local breakfast so he made her pancakes on the 3rd day and that put a huge smile on her face. The hotel room was pretty spacious and the bathroom was very clean and spacious, it's a downhill easy walk to the town centre but very quite location with big roof Terrence which you can enjoyed the beautiful scenary with a cold glass of wine.Mr Mustafa also managed to get a very good discount for us on the Ballon Tour

The room was spacious and nice styled, I loved that it was complete with fair sized shower, the terrace and good view. The staff were very nice the whole time of my stay.

The place provides nice prices. Relaxing hotel, breakfast is savoury and the rooms are unique, excellent location to Kayseri airport. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. It's based in the centre of the city and near Roman Castle.

Though host looks cold, but hevis very nice actually. No matter the breakfast, cleanliness, environment are very great, you must like the sene of balloons in the early morning.

The room was very nice, built of stone and furnished in traditional Cappadocian style, very clean, as well the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with fruits and yoghurt. But above all Mustafa, the owner, is awesome. He made all the reservations for the tours with discounted prices and was always keen to helping us. Thank you, Mustafa!

We didn't like the fact that our stay there was too short, so we look forward to coming back ASAP.

The rooms are cozy and warm, with comfortable beds. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious, with homemade delicacies available. Tea, coffee, and water are also provided throughout the day.

There is a minor issue with the power sockets in some of the rooms, which can be a bit loose and difficult to charge phones at times.
